Welcome to QuietLog ("QuietLog", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuietLog website, agent, API, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
QuietLog collects log data from servers you connect, detects errors, groups duplicates, generates plain-English explanations using AI, and delivers alerts via Telegram and email. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your API keys and credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: sending data you are not authorised to process, attempting to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the log data you send. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Availability & disclaimer
We work hard to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. QuietLog assists with incident detection but does not guarantee that every error will be detected or that any explanation is correct. You remain responsible for monitoring and operating your own systems.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuietLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed or incorrect alerts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email.
