Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
QuietLog is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not charge any cancellation fee.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with QuietLog, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Just email sidrooma@gmail.com from your account email and we will process it — no long questions.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Charges for renewal periods are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong (for example, you were charged after cancelling), contact us and we will make it right.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank.
