This Privacy Policy explains how QuietLog ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, and team details you provide at sign-up.
- Log data: the log lines your connected servers send us, which we process to detect and explain errors.
- Billing data: handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your full card details.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and feature usage to improve the Service.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate the Service: detecting errors, generating AI explanations, sending alerts, providing support, and processing payments. We do not sell your data.
3. AI processing
To explain errors in plain English, individual error samples may be sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. Only the error sample needed for the explanation is sent; we do not send your full logs in bulk.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, payment processing via Lemon Squeezy, AI processing, and message delivery via Telegram/email), and only as needed to provide the Service or where required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain error data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
